​Booking & Reservation
   •    All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
   •    Advance reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak seasons.
   •    Booking confirmation will be issued after payment or deposit confirmation.

 

Payment
   •    We accept cash and online payment methods.
   •    Full payment may be required prior to the service date.

   •    All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB)

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy
   •    Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, transaction fees or credit card processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
   •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time are non-refundable.
   •    No-shows are non-refundable.
   •    Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or the contact form on the website.
 

Amendments
   •    Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested in advance at least 24 hours.

   •    We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, orunder other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

 

Waiting Time
   •    Complimentary waiting time is included for airport pickup services.
   •    Additional waiting time may be subject to extra charges depending on the service type.

 

Vehicle & Service
   •    Vehicle type may be substituted with a similar category vehicle depending on availability.
   •    All vehicles are non-smoking, clean, and professionally maintained.
   •    Passenger luggage must comply with the vehicle’s luggage capacity.

 

Passenger Responsibility
   •    Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
   •    The company shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

Delays & Force Majeure
   •    We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, accidents, road closures, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

Conduct
   •    Unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal or termination of service without refund.
