Price according to age
Infant rate: Babies aged 0 - 3 years old = Free
Child rate: Aged over 3 years old - 7 years old
Adult rate: Aged over 7 years old - 80 years old

Advanced 50% deposit payment will be charged at time of reservation.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, orunder other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Amendment or Cancellation must be made in written notice to provided email or contact form in the website.

Rates are charged in Thai Baht. Therefore, the amount shown on monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective creditcard company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be calculated based on the total booking amount (not only the deposit), as follows:

More than 15 days before the appointment date: 40% refund of the total amount

7–14 days before the appointment date: 30% refund of the total amount

Less than 3 days before the appointment date: No refund
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method. Any transaction or credit card processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend the scheduled service without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Amendments
Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
