Service Description
Arrival • Meet and greet by our airport representative at the arrivals meeting point. • For baggage reclaim or immigration, driver will be on standby after your flight lands. Waiting time: • Domestic : Up to 1 hour • International Flight : Up to 2 hours Please inform us in advance of any flight changes or delays. Without prior notice, refunds cannot be issued. _____________________ Departure • Driver will be on standby at the lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. • Driver can wait up to 15 minutes. If you are late beyond the waiting period, an additional charge will apply: • 15–30 minutes: 150 THB • 30–60 minutes: 300 THB (per hour)
Cancellation Policy
• Full payment is required to confirm and secure your reservation. • Free cancellation : For bookings canceled more than 24 hours prior to service time.
